Oh happy happy day….. Pandora is open again. Weirdly I haven’t been notified by e-mail as they promised and I can’t find any news about the reopening on the site. Hope it’s not a glitch though…

I really really hate olives!

Oh No! Pandora.com is gone! It only works in the U.S. now and that’s a shame. However there are a lot of free U.S. proxy servers out there but I can’t seem to find one fast enough to stream the audio. Pandora was clearly the best online radio and I hope they’ll open outside the U.S. again.
Then what?! Well there’s always Last.fm which used to be really good - but then they altered their player to only allow the selection of one tag instead of multiple tags. That sort of ruined the experience for me - but it still works OK. Check out my Guns N’ Roses station below

OK! It’s time for my first rant. This has been bothering me for months now so here goes…

I for one am sick and tired of all these 2-3 click application installers which create folders in the My Documents folder, extra buttons and menus in your e-mail application and web browser and anywhere they can, without even giving me the option to choose. Without even giving me any information about what is about to happen.

What’s up with Skype? Don’t get me wrong I love Skype but this is ridiculous. The My Documents folder is filled with all sorts of folders which I have no intention to look at ever. My image editor is bothering me with some update thingy folder and AVG Free and Google Desktop have completely cluttered my e-mail application(s) and my web browser(s). What did I ever do to you? What’s the point staying organized when Google Desktop is cluttering everything up? Stop it! Or at least give me the option to choose? A yes/no or a “Where do you want to place this folder…”?

Aah… I feel so much better now

No need to say but the WordPress installation is brilliant! Thumbs up for usability!
